4 tbsp  white whole wheat flour
0.125 tsp  black pepper
4 tbsp  Fat, turkey
1 3/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
0 1/4 cup  white wine
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. In large skillet over medium high heat, cook flour and strained turkey dripping 1 minutes or until it is lightly browned, stirring continuously.
  2. Add broth, wine, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Continue cooking until gravy boils. Reduce heat to simmer 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to gravy boat. Serve.
