2 tbsp  unsalted butter
3 cup  chopped apples
2 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  curry powder
1 pinch  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/2 cup  whole milk
2 tbsp  cornstarch
2 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 lb  turkey breast cutlets
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. In large pot, add butter and heat over medium until melted. Add apple, onion, and garlic. Cook 12 minutes, covered.
  2. Add curry, salt, and red pepper.
  3. In separate bowl, whisk milk and cornstarch. Add to broth.
  4. Lower heat and cook 4 minutes, stirring continually until mixture is thick.
  5. Add turkey and lemon juice. Cook 5 minutes or until turkey is heated.
