0 1/2 lb  ground turkey
0 1/2 lb  lean ground beef (10% fat)
6 tbsp  bread crumbs
2 tbsp  minced onion
1 each  raw egg yolks
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Combine turkey, beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Separate mixture into 4 even sections and form each section around a skewer to make a 1 inch thick and 8 inch long log.
  3. Arrange skewers on a greased grill and cover. Grill skewers 7 to 8 minutes, flipping a few times, until meat is fully cooked.
