1 1/2 lb  tuna steaks
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 1/2 tbsp  seasoned rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 3/4 tsp  sugar
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, puree 3/4 cup tuna until smooth. Mix together pureed tuna, chopped tuna, onions, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Separate mixture into 6 portions and form into patties.
  3. Arrange patties on a cooking spray coated grill and cook 2 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
