2 oz  Olives, green, manzanilla, stuffed
1 tbsp  capers
2 tsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  anchovy paste
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
14 1/2 floz  canned unsalted diced tomatoes
1 tbsp  olive oil
24 oz  tuna steaks
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Mix together olives, capers, garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, red pepper, and tomatoes.
  2. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Season fish with salt and pepper. Cook fish 2 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Take fish out of pan and set aside.
  3. Pour tomato mixture into pan and cook 2 minutes or until heated. Mix in parsley. Serve sauce with fish.
