0 1/2 cup  white wine vinegar
0.3333 cup  unsalted tomato juice
2 tbsp  fresh basil
2 1/2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 3/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
18 cup  salad greens
3 cup  fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped
4 each  fresh tomatoes
  1. Whisk together vinegar, tomato juice, basil, oil, salt, pepper, and hot sauce; let rest 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Mix together greens, cucumber, and tomatoes; toss with dressing.
