1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 tsp  mustard seed
8 each  medium garlic cloves
16 oz  fresh plum tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp  curry powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
Directions
  1. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Saute mustard seeds and garlic 10 seconds, shaking pan continually. Mix in the tomato, curry powder, and salt and cook 1 minutes longer. Lower heat to medium and cook 6 minutes, stirring often.
