2 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
1 lb  raw medium shrimp
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 1/2 cup  Corn, yellow, sweet, kernels, fresh
2 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
0 1/2 cup  fresh basil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Pour 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2 minutes per side; move to a platter.
  2. Pour 1/2 tablespoons oil in pan and sauté garlic and onion 1 minute. Add in the corn and sauté 1 minute; sauté tomatoes 1 minute.
  3. Mix in shrimp and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Take pan off of heat and mix in the basil, salt, and pepper.
