0 1/4 cup  packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
24 oz  salmon fillet
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. Coat the rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray; preheat broiler.
  2. Combine brown sugar, mustard, and dill and whisk well. Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper. Arrange salmon on broiler rack; spread brown sugar glaze over salmon.
  3. Broil salmon about 6 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
