0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
8 piece  100% whole grain bread
1 each  medium avocadoes
8 oz  firm tofu
1 each  large tomato
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 1/2 cup  Sprouts, alfalfa, fresh
  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on half of the bread slices.
  2. Arrange the avocado, tofu, and tomatoes on the bread. Season with salt and pepper and top with sprouts.
  3. Cover sandwiches with the other half of the bread and slice in half.
