0 3/4 lb  cooked chicken breast
4 oz  low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese
1 pint  fresh cherry tomatoes
10 each  pitted calamata olives
3 tbsp  oregano leaves
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  fresh basil
Directions
  1. Lay chicken and mozzarella on a platter. Place tomatoes and olives on top of chicken and cheese.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Chill until ready to serve.
