0 1/2 cup  orange juice
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  sugar
4 cup  Fruit, mixed, harvest berries, frozen
0 1/2 cup  Sour Cream, light
0 1/4 tsp  vanilla extract
4 each  Crepe
1 pinch  confectioners sugar
  1. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon sugar to a pot and let boil for 5 minutes or until mixture is thick. Take pot off of heat and mix in berries.
  2. Mix together sour cream, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon sugar in another bowl.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoon of sour cream mixture onto each crepe and top with berry mixture. Roll up and sprinkle with sugar.
