Ingredients Directions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together honey-mustard dressing and lime peel for the dresssing. Add water to make dressing thinner if necessary. Cover and put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with jerk seasoning. In a medium skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once.
  3. Place the salad greens on dinner plates to serve. Thinly slice the chicken diagonally. Arrange chicken and plum wedges on greens. Top with dressing.
