Ingredients Directions
  1. Place vegetables on a baking sheet and coat with a nonstick cooking spray. Roast in a 450 degree F oven for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange vegetables on pita bread. Top with Italian dressing and cheese.
  3. Place on the rack of a broiler pan. Broil for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
