4 each  whole loin lean pork chops
3 tbsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  ground tarragon
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Trim pork chops of all fat. Place on a heated grill that was sprayed with cooking spray. Cook 4 minutes; turn.
  2. Combine mustard, tarragon, and garlic powder. Brush on top of each pork chop. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through or 140 degrees. Temperature will rise after cooking.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with pepper. Serve.
