2 each  refrigerated pie dough
3 each  eggs
1 1/2 cup  heavy whipping cream
0 1/2 tsp  salt
12 each  pitted calamata olives
13 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
1 cup  shredded Swiss cheese
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Roll pastry dough out into a rectangle and cut out 12 2-inch rounds. Place dough into mini-muffin tins and press down.
  2. Whisk together eggs, cream, and salt.
  3. Slice olives into 4 pieces.
  4. Spoon artichokes into each dough cup and top with olives and cheese. Spoon egg mixture on top filling 3/4 of the way. Sprinkle pepper overtop.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 22 to 26 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
