1 lb  Baguette, sourdough, mini
2 cup  chopped tomato
14 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
2 tbsp  fresh basil
2 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  seasoned salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Slice the baguette into 32 pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Spray bread slices with cooking spray and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Mix together tomatoes, artichokes, basil, oil, salt, and pepper. Spoon mixture onto bread slices.
