6 oz  dried apricot halves
0 1/2 cup  cold water
8 oz  Cream Cheese, light, classic
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
  1. Let apricots soak in water overnight; strain, saving 2 tablespoons liquid.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, puree apricots and saved liquid until smooth. Blend in cream cheese and walnuts. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl and chill until ready to use.
