  1. Cook sausage in frying pan until just browned. Strain and reserve.
  2. Combine apricot preserves, lemon juice, mustard, and ginger in frying pan and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often. Place sausage back into pan and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until warmed.
