4 each  low carb tortilla (10-inch)
0.6667 cup  unsweetened applesauce
0.6667 cup  shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp  margarine
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Arrange two tortillas on baking sheet. Spoon applesauce evenly over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese and cinnamon, if desired.
  3. Place two remaining tortillas on top and brush with margarine; sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake tortillas 7 to 8 minutes or until golden. Slice into equal triangles and serve.
