1 each  refrigerated pie dough
1 tbsp  sugar
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
2 tsp  salted butter
2 cup  chopped apples
3 tbsp  sugar
3 tbsp  Topping, caramel, fat free, Microwaved
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0.125 tsp  salt
Directions
  1. Roll pastry dough out on a floured surface and cut into twenty, 2-inch spheres. Arrange dough in cooking spray coated mini muffin tins and press down on bottom and sides. Poke holes in dough with a fork and coat with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle combined sugar and cinnamon over dough. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  3. Heat butter and apples in a pot over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often. Mix in the sugar, caramel topping, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt and let boil.
  4. Continue cooking 2 minutes, stirring often until sauce is thick and apples are soft. Let cool for 5 minutes and spoon into muffin tins and serve.
