1 lb  lean ground beef (10% fat)
1 each  eggs
1 piece  Bread, multigrain
0 1/4 cup  whole milk
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
0 1/2 cup  unsweetened ketchup
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
0.3333 cup  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
0.3333 cup  vinegar
1 tbsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Mix together beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Form mixture into one inch spheres.
  2. Place meatballs in a frying pan and cook over medium heat until browned.
  3. Mix together ketchup, onion, sugar substitute, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Spoon sauce over meatballs.
  4. Move pan to a 350 degree F oven and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
