Ingredients Directions
  1. Strain pineapple, saving juice. Combine bananas, oranges, grapes, and half the coconut in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle the pineapple juice over the fruit and gently mix. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill no longer than 4 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, drizzle ginger ale over top of fruit mixture and top with the rest of the coconut.
  4. Garnish mixture with star fruit.
