16 oz  low fat cream cheese
0 1/2 each  fresh green onions
0.3333 each  small red bell peppers
1 tbsp  curry powder
2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  ground nutmeg
1/2 cup  mango chutney
1/4 cup  slivered almonds
Directions
  1. Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
  2. Remove root end and 1" of green from top of green onion, wash, and finely dice. Remove membrane and seeds from red bell pepper and finely dice.
  3. In small bowl, using electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in onions, red pepper, curry, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and nutmeg.
  5. Spoon mixture onto serving platter and top with chutney and almonds.
