0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
0 1/2 cup  Cottage Cheese, 1% fat
0 1/2 cup  crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/4 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree milk, cottage cheese, feta cheese, oregano, lemon peel, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Spoon mixture into a bowl and chill until ready to use. Serve with vegetables.
