3 each  Eggs, large, raw
0.6667 cup  white all purpose flour
1 cup  whole milk
2 tbsp  margarine
  1. Using a food processor or blender puree eggs, flour, and milk until combined.
  2. Heat a butter coated 6-inch frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. When pan is hot, spoon 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons of batter into the pan and let set. Cook 30 to 60 seconds, until edges are golden.
  4. Run a wide spatula under crepe to loosen and flip. Cook 5 to 10 seconds. Slide crepe out of pan onto a plate. Cook the remaining crepes in the same manner, stacking crepes on top of first.
