3 each  medium apples
1 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 cup  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
3 tbsp  horseradish
  1. Heat apple wedges with water and lemon juice in medium-sized saucepan to boiling.
  2. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, cover and refrigerate.
  3. Stir in horseradish before serving. Serve cold or at room temperature.
