1 lb  ground turkey
0 1/4 lb  fresh green beans
8 each  fresh green onions
1 cup  fresh lemongrass
3 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 each  serrano chili peppers
2 tbsp  fish sauce
1 each  Eggs, large, raw
2 tbsp  cornstarch
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
2 tbsp  olive oil
  1. Combine turkey with green beans, onions, lemon grass, cilantro, chilies, fish sauce, egg, cornstarch, and sugar. Separate mixture into 16 sections and form into patties.
  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a frying pan. Cook patties about 7 minutes, flipping one time or until fully cooked in the center. Take patties out of pan with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
