  1. Rub lamb with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes before ready to serve.
  2. Spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler.
  3. Place lamb on broiler rack 4-inches from heat and turn once every 3-5 minutes each side until done.
  4. Slice lamb thinly across the grain and serve.
