  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add carrots, onions, and lamb cooking over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Stir broth, celery, tomatoes, parsley, lentils, marjoram, thyme, salt, and pepper into lamb mixture. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.
