Ingredients Directions
  1. Bring 1 3/4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan and add rice.
  2. Set to low heat and cook for about 15 minutes until all water is absorbed.
  3. Heat oil in a medium saucepan adding garlic and celery over medium heat for 1 minute. Add thyme, parsley, and spinach mixing for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice to spinach mixture and stir together.
