3 each  medium carrots
1 tsp  olive oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Peel and cut carrots into 1/4" slices. Mince garlic cloves.
  3. In 1-quart shallow baking dish, combine carrots, oil, and garlic. Toss to evenly coat
  4. Cover and bake 10 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 20 minutes.
