1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp  sugar
4 cup  Fennel, bulb, fresh, slices
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped red onion
  1. Cut top stalk from fennel bulb. Trim root end. Stand fennel on root end and slice vertically through bulb in thin strips.
  2. In small bowl, combine vinegar, lime juice, and sugar.
  3. In large bowl, combine fennel and onion. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss.
  4. Serve or chill until ready to eat.
