1 cup  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  capers, drained
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 pinch  salt
6 oz  Beef, bottom round roast, lean, cooked, 1/8" trim
  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, parsley, 1 teaspoon of the capers, salt, black peppers, and dried pepper flakes in food processor. Pour into saucepan.
  2. Cook until thick and well blended stirring in remaining capers.
  3. Divide the roast beef among four plates and top with parsley mixture.
