12 each  Bread, Italian, small slice
2 each  fresh plum tomatoes
1 tbsp  Oil, olive, extra virgin
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Line baking sheet with foil and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place bread slices on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes leaving the oven on afterwards.
  3. Combine tomatoes, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mini food processor until finely chopped.
  4. Spread an equal amount of tomato mixture over each slice of bread and bake for 5 minutes.
