1 tsp  vegetable oil
6 cup  Lettuce, romaine, fresh, shredded
1 cup  frozen green peas
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet; add lettuce and peas.
  2. Cook over medium heat until lettuce is wilted.
  3. Remove from heat for about 5 minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
