3 tbsp  Juice, orange, fresh
2 tbsp  sugar
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp  cornstarch
0 1/2 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
0 1/2 tsp  lime peel zest
3 cup  fresh blackberries
  1. Combine orange juice, sugar, lemon juices, lime juices, cornstarch, fruit zests, and 1/3 cup of water with a wire whisk until cornstarch is dissolved.
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  3. Divide berries onto 4 plates and top each with 1/4 of sauce.
