0 1/4 cup  cider vinegar
3 tbsp  packed light brown sugar
3 cup  red cabbage, shredded
0 1/2 each  red onion
0 1/4 cup  seedless raisins
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Combine vinegar and sugar in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add cabbage, onion, and raisins. Toss to combine.
  4. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
