4 oz  top sirloin steak, lean
1 pinch  minced garlic
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Trim steak of excess fat. Firmly rub steak with garlic (both sides). Sprinkle with pepper. Set aside while preparing coals.
  2. Sprinkle 1 side of steak with salt. Place salt-side down, on grill. Sprinkle with salt. Cook 4 to 6 minutes. Turn and cook to desired doneness.
