2 each  tea bags
0 1/2 cup  rice vinegar
0 3/4 cup  canola oil
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  kosher salt
1 pinch  black pepper
6 cup  fresh watercress, chopped
1 each  medium pears
  1. In small bowl, soak tea in vinegar for 20 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain tea leaves.
  2. Add oil, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper to tea. Whisk.
  3. Toss watercress and pear slices together and drizzle with dressing.
