0 1/4 cup  yellow cornmeal
2 3/4 cup  fat free milk
0 3/4 cup  light molasses
0.3333 cup  packed light brown sugar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
3 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
2 oz  seedless raisins
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
0.125 tsp  ground cloves
0.125 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
Directions
  1. Mix together cornmeal and 1 cup milk; reserve.
  2. Pour the rest of the milk in a pot and heat until steaming, but not boiling. Mix in cornmeal mixture and cook until thick, 15 minutes, stirring often. Mix in molasses, sugar, and salt. Heat 2 to 3 more minutes. Take pot off of heat and mix in margarine, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased casserole and drizzled 1/4 cup milk over top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours of until set. Serve warm.
