1 lb  ground beef, extra lean, raw
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  small onions
8 each  whole wheat tortillas
0 3/4 cup  salsa
0 1/2 cup  sour cream, nonfat
  1. Brown ground beef, green pepper, and onion in a large skillet. Cook until beef is lightly browned and cooked through. Drain off fat.
  2. Divide mixture evenly and spoon into tortillas. Top each with 2 tablespoons salsa and 1 tablespoon sour cream.
  3. Roll up and serve.
