1 g  ready to heat pizza crust
2 tsp  Yeast, baker's, dry active
0 3/4 cup  cold water
0 1/2 tsp  SPLENDA┬« Sugar Blend for Baking
0 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  whole wheat flour
0 1/2 cup  Flour, soy, defatted, stirred
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  sesame seeds
1 cup  fresh tomatoes
1 tbsp  minced garlic
1 tbsp  ground oregano
3 each  large black olives, canned
1 tbsp  ground thyme
1 cup  almond extract
Directions
  1. Pizza Crust:
  2. Sprinkle yeast over warm water. Mix until dissolved. Add sugar substitute. Place in a food processor and rest of the ingredients. Mix for 5 minutes, or until a smooth dough forms. Place it on a working surface sprinkled with flour and knead for a few minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl.
  3. Spray top with non-stick cooking spray and cover with a towel. Let rise until double in size (in a warm oven with the heat off, this will take approximately 40 minutes).
  4. Roll out dough in a circle and cover with desired toppings. Bake at 350 degrees F until the edges brown and top is bubbly.
  5. Focaccia:
  6. Start with Pizza Crust dough from above. Brush with 1 teaspoon olive oil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten dough with hands until 1/8-inch thick. Dough can be shaped round, rectangular or free-form. Indent with the tips of your fingers across the entire surface. Brush with 1 teaspoon olive oil and spray with non-stick spray. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt.
  7. Sprinkle with the suggested toppings (see above) or some of your own.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. Lower the heat to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes. Remove when it starts to turn golden; be careful not to over-bake.
