Ingredients Directions
  1. Lightly mix ground beef with salt. Shape into 6 patties about 1-inch thick. Pan-fry, grill or broil until cooked (160 degrees F), flipping once.
  2. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in margarine until tender; drain.
  3. Place meat patties on serving plates. Slice tomatoes and place on patties. Top with mushrooms.
