0 1/2 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
1 1/2 cup  low fat shredded swiss cheese
0.6667 cup  fat free milk
1 tbsp  cornstarch
0 3/4 cup  liquid egg substitute
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium skillet brown ground beef, then drain thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle cheese in a cooking spray coated 9-inch pie dish. Top with ground beef.
  4. Combine milk, and cornstarch. Add egg substitute and mix well. Pour over ground beef.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until custard is set.
