Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix marinade ingredients (soy sauce, beer, white wine vinegar, garlic cloves, ground ginger, onion powder, and sugar substitute) in a glass bowl and set aside.
  2. Prick meat chunks with a fork and soak in marinade, overnight if possible.
  3. Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling, to prevent them from burning.
  4. Place alternating pieces of meat and vegetables on skewers.
  5. Grill to desired doneness on an open flame, counter-top grilling appliance, or oven broiler and serve.
