Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, mix together dressing, broccoli, pimientos, Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  2. Turn into a 1-quart baking dish, and spread evenly
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until heated through. Add the remaining 1/2-cup of mozzarella cheese to top of dip.
  4. Bake another 5 minutes, until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve with crackers.
