0.3333 cup  chopped pecans
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
5 cup  salad greens
1 g  large pears
4 oz  Cheese, colby monterey jack
0 1/4 cup  dried cranberries
0.3333 floz  Salad Dressing, Italian
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar together (or use pre-made blend of cinnamon sugar).
  2. In small bowl, add pecans, coat with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle sprayed pecans with cinnamon sugar and toss to coat well.
  4. In a glass pie plate, arrange coated pecans in single layer.
  5. Microwave on high 1 - 1 1/2 minutes until toasted, stirring every 30 seconds. Set aside.
  6. In large serving bowl, toss greens, pears, cheese, and cranberries.
  7. Immediately before serving, add pecans and dressing. Toss lightly.
