2 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
0 1/4 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  packed light brown sugar
0 3/4 cup  Cereal, wheat & malt barley flakes
2 cup  whole milk
2 tbsp  margarine
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0.125 tsp  salt
  1. Using electric beaters, beat egg, egg whites, and sugars. Stir in cereal, milk, margarine, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart souffle dish or casserole.
  3. Put dish in a roasting pan on oven rack and pour 2 inches of hot water into roasting pan.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes, mixing about 25 minutes into baking.
  5. Take souffle dish out of pan and let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
