1 cup  white all purpose flour
1 cup  whole wheat flour
0.3333 cup  sugar
1 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.6667 cup  low fat buttermilk
4 tbsp  margarine
1 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
1 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
3 cup  fresh sliced strawberries
8 oz  Kiwi, fresh, with o skin, large
  1. Mix flours with sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together buttermilk, margarine, egg, egg whites, and vanilla; gradually mix in flour mixture.
  2. Using floured hands, gently pat dough into a greased 8-inch baking pan. Bake 400 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
  3. Cut cake and top with strawberries and kiwis.
